Nancy's New York experience includes a 25+ year background in commercial real estate where she oversaw property management and construction for various organizations. Nancy is service oriented and knows how to manage set expectations. She also understands the importance of underwriting project expenses and managing to set budgets. Nancy's educational background in paralegal science arms her with invaluable understanding of the numerous jurisdictional requirements in the NYC market necessary for compliance and violation mitigation.
