Sidewalk Projects are extremely complex and may involve multiple jurisdictions, including: DOT, DOB, Con Edison, MTA,HIQA, BIDS, etc. When performing sidewalk projects, Owners need an experienced Project Manager to coordinate project deliverables and all necessary permits to complete the work required.

PPM analyzes property data and prior FISP Reports to build a comprehensive approach to your facade repairs in accordance with all jurisdictional requirements, including: NYC Construction Codes §28-02.1, RCNY §103-04 and 1RCNY §101-07.

PPM has the expertise and capabilities necessary to simplify intricate repair guidelines into clear and manageable tasks. Accordingly, we ensure that maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, with adherence to necessary standards and regulations, while making certain that instructions can be easily comprehended and executed by the contractor and relevant stakeholders.

P A R A P E T LL-126 O B S E R V A T I O N S

Commencing January 1, 2024, Parapet Observation reports will be required in accordance with New rule §28-301.1.1 added by Local Law 126.

PPM has created an Inspection Program in strict accordance with Local Law 126 requirements.

After our thorough inspection, PPM will create a thermally bound Report for you to keep on-site for DOB inspection as needed. We will also provide you with a digital copy for your records.

Furthermore, even though it is not mandatory, our Engineering team will sign and seal the Report and have it notarized, ensuring you can be confident that your Report meets all legal requirements.
